Announcement on Obtaining Approval to Carry out Insurance Funds Custody Business

The Company and the members of the Board of Directors hereby warrant that the information contained in this announcement is true, accurate and complete, and assume joint and several liabilities for any false representation, misleading statement or material omission.

 

The Company has recently received the Letter on Assessing Commercial Banks to Carry out Insurance Funds Custody Business (CIRC ZJPGH [2009] No. 2) issued by the Insurance Funds Utilization Regulatory Department of China Insurance Regulatory Commission, which indicated that the Company had obtained approval to carry out insurance funds custody business.
The Company will strictly comply with relevant laws and rules, perform its responsibilities as custodian bank, and carry out insurance funds custody business in a disciplined way.
