Approving the Company’s A Share Rights Issue Application

The Companyand all members of the Board of Directors hereby warrant that the informationcontained in this announcement is true, accurate and complete, and assume jointand several liabilities for any false representation, misleading statement ormaterial omission. 

The IssuanceReview Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) reviewedthe Company’s A-share rights issue application at its 2010 66th Working meetingon April 14, 2010. In accordance with the reviewing result, the meetingapproved the Company’s A-share rights issue application. The Company will makea separate announcement after it received the written notification from theCSRC.
