The 19th meeting of the Company’s Board of Supervisors was held in Zhengzhou on June 30, 2010. Nine supervisors should attend the meeting, and there are nine supervisors present in fact. (Supervisor Wu Xiaohui and Zhou Yuhan appointed Bi Zhonghua, Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors, to act as their proxy to vote on their behalf.) The attendance complies with the Company Law and the Company’s Articles of Association.
The meeting reviewed and approved the Proposal on Stipulating Measures on Nomination and Selection of Supervisors for the Fifth Board of Supervisors and Survey Report on Duty Performance of Directors and Senior Management Members.
Voting results: For: 9 votes, Against: 0 votes, Abstention: 0 votes.
The meeting also listened to the Report on Internal Audit Work made by the operating management and Report on Compliance Management.
