As the Sponsor for the Company’s 2010 right issue, Credit Suisse Founder Securities Limited originally authorized Mr. Zhao Yuan as its representative responsible for the sponsoring of the Company. The Company recently received a Notice on Change of Sponsor Representative from Credit Suisse Founder Securities Limited, which notified the Company of the assignment of Mr. Yang Fan as replacement for Mr. Zhao Yuan in the Company’s sponsoring affairs due to Mr. Zhao Yuan’s new work arrangements.
After the change of the sponsor representative, the sponsor representatives for continuous supervision of the Company’s 2010 rights issue are Mr. Yang Fan and Mr. Guo Yuhui.
