The second meeting of the fifth Board of Supervisors was convened in Xiamen on January 6th, 2011. Nine supervisors were required to attend the meeting, wherein, the number of supervisors that actually attended the meeting was nine. (Supervisor Wu Xiaohui and supervisor Xu Guoping entrusted chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors Bi Zhonghua to attend the meeting on their behalves, and supervisor Zhou Yuhan entrusted supervisor Wang Guogang to attend the meeting on her behalf). The meeting was convened in compliance with the provisions of the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Articles of Associations of the Company.
The meeting was presided over by Chairwoman Bi Zhonghua. The Board of Supervisors discussed the Board of Supervisors’ 2011 Work Plan, and listened to the report on the Company’s recent financial status.
