1. The Company implemented the 2010 Profit Distribution Scheme in May 2011, and offered 8 bonus shares converted from the capital reserve for every 10 shares. The EPS indicators for comparable periods were recalculated in accordance with the requirements of 2010 Revised Rules for Report Preparation in Information Disclosure for Public Companies No. 9: Calculation and Disclosure for Return on Net Assets and Earnings per Share.
2. The indicator of 2010-end net assets per share attributed to parent company’s shareholders was not adjusted based on the Company’s new share capital.
