The Company recently has received China Securities Regulatory Commission’s Reply on Approving Industrial Bank to Set Up Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd. (CSRC Permit[2013] No. 288). The Company has been officially approved to set up Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd.

Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd. will be funded jointly by the Company and China Shipping Investment Company. The Fund Management Company’s business scope includes fund raising, fund selling, asset management and other business permitted by CSRC.
