With the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC), Industrial Consumer Finance Ltd. was jointly established by Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., Quanzhou Commercial Corporation of Fujian, Xtep (China) Co., Ltd., and Fucheng (China) Co., Ltd., with the registered capital of RMB 300 million. Specifically, the Bank makes a contribution of RMB 198 million, accounting for 66% of the total, while the contributions made by Quanzhou Commercial Corporation of Fujian, Xtep (China) Co., Ltd., and Fucheng (China) Co., Ltd. account for 24%, 5% and 5% respectively.
