Introduction to Individual Client APP Messaging Service

Service Introduction

Our bank will send you messages such as "Business Announcements", "Popular Promotions", and "Smart Messenger" through mobile banking via the IB Mobile Banking APP.

"Business Announcements" primarily convey information such as notifications about our bank's latest business launches, changes to banking fee standards, and adjustments to transaction limits.

"Popular Promotions" mainly share information regarding wealth management product news, credit card special offers, red packet claims, prize redemption, charitable activities, and local special events.

"Smart Messenger" primarily informs you about accounting-related information. When you conduct investment and wealth management, transfer and remittance, and bill payments with your wealth management card at our bank, the system will promptly notify you of any changes in amounts, whether in RMB or foreign currency, from demand deposit accounts linked to the wealth management card. These notifications will be sent to the IB Mobile Banking APP linked to your registered mobile number.

Instructions for Using "Smart Messenger"

The "Smart Messenger" APP account activity notification service currently supports our bank's debit card clients and is not available for credit card users. The instructions are as follows:

1.Log in to the IB Mobile Banking APP using your debit card.

2.Activation of the Service: On the homepage, search for "Smart Messenger" to enter the signing interface. Follow the prompts to activate the mobile banking APP account activity notification service. Users must use the mobile number registered with our bank.

3.Changing Registered Mobile Number: If users change the registered mobile number at our bank, they need to log in to the IB Mobile Banking APP using the new number and simultaneously update the mobile number for the "Smart Messenger" service on the signing page in order to continue receiving APP account activity notifications.

4.Receiving Messages: After a transaction, you can view the specific details of the account activity notification by clicking on the message received in your phone's notification bar or by viewing the messages pushed by the IB Mobile Banking APP on the homepage. Details will include transaction amount, transaction account, transaction time, transaction type, purpose, and more.

5.Message Redirection: When a user reads a specific message from the message center, if there are links like "Details" within the page, the user can directly jump to the designated page in the IB Mobile Banking APP to continue viewing business information or processing transactions, making the experience convenient and fast.
