1. What is the relationship between the mobile banking account byname and personal Internet banking account byname?

Answer: The mobile banking account byname and personal Internet banking account byname should be set respectively in the mobile banking system and personal Internet banking system, and a wealth management card can have different account bynames in the personal Internet banking system and mobile banking system.

2. Why does the function of social insurance card disappear?

Answer: You may apply for relevant functions in by the procedure of "account inquiry" – "other inquiry" – "Fujian social insurance card".

3. FAQs about SMS Guard

(1) Which functions can be certified with SMS Guard?

Answer: Transfer and remittance, self-service fees payment, and some functions of credit card (cash advance, agency payment for Fujian Mobile fees, modification of transaction password, modification of client information, modification of statement address and modification of statement delivery method).

(2) How long does a SMS Guard keep valid?

Answer: Two minutes.

(3) How many times can a SMS Guard entered incorrectly before it becomes invalid?

Answer: Six times.

(4) How long can the second short message be sent after the first message is sent?

Answer: One minute.

(5) For what purpose can the sequence number in the short message be used?

Answer: When a client handles relevant services (e.g. transfer), the page will remind the client to enter the SMS Guard as well as the corresponding sequence number; the client needs to check whether the sequence number indicated on the page is identical to that contained the short message received by his or her mobile phone. Only with the SMS Guard containing an identical sequence number can the services be handled.

4. Questions about Transfer and Remittance

(1) Question about transfer limit

Answer: To make transfer and remittance via mobile phone, it is required to activate the service and set the daily limit. Clients may apply for activation at any business outlet of IB or log on the personal banking system to activate the service with NetShield or SMS Guard. Based on the transfer type and security tool activated by clients, the daily limit is shown as below:

Answer: If a client wants to sign an agreement for designated transfer via mobile phone with an IB e-card, he or she can transfer to the accounts of the Bank and other banks designated in advance. The function of free transfer cannot be activated temporarily.
