Business Application and Logon

1. Direct use without application

Mobile banking requires no application. The majority of the services are immediately accessible.

You may log on by typing in your wealth management card number + transaction password or credit card number + inquiry password. After logon, you have direct access to most of our services, including account enquiry, investment and wealth management, and credit cards. For wealth management card holders, they can apply for transfers, payments of fees, and mobile payments at any IB outlet. These services can also be activated via the Internet banking platform by clients with Internet banking certificate or SMS Guard themselves.

*According to relevant provisions of the regulatory authorities, to purchase wealth management products via the internet banking/mobile banking, the client should first go through risk assessment at any outlet of IB. See here for the detailed business rules.

2. Use Logon Name to Manage Multiple Accounts

With your mobile banking logon name registered, you can manage multiple accounts at the same time. After logging on once, you have access to all services.

You can use your IB wealth management card or credit card to register via "Online/Client-based Mobile Banking – Service Application – Service Application of Mobile Banking – Registration of Logon Name" by following the prompts given on the page, and set your self-defined logon names and mobile banking passwords. After successful registration, you may log on the mobile banking with your logon name and add or delete linked accounts through "Service Management – IB Account Management".

3. What can I do if I forget the logon name?

To check your logon name, you may enter your card number, identity card number and password through Online/Client-based Mobile Banking "Service Application → Service Application of Mobile Banking → Logon Name Inquiry".

4. What can I do if I forget the mobile banking password?

If you forget your mobile banking password, you may enter your logon name through Online/Client-based Mobile Banking "Service Application → Service Application of Mobile Banking → Reset Mobile Banking Password", and then the system will display the last four digits of all linked card numbers under the logon name. You may choose any card and enter your identity card number and password to set a new mobile banking password.
