1. How to change the mobile phone number for logging in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Steps: Enter [System Dashboard - User Menu - Individual Account]; click [Modify] on the “Security Settings” page; After completing authentication, enter the new mobile phone number and verification code to complete the change. (Note: The new mobile phone number must not be registered for the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System.)

2. What to do if the individual user forgets the login password to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

On the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System’s login page, click [Forgot Password] to reset the login password via SMS verification code. The user who has not undergone real name authentication can complete the resetting of the login password via the SMS verification code. The user who has undergone real name authentication is required to undergo the face recognition and authentication in addition to the SMS verification code authentication before the login password can be reset.

3. Can an individual user register more than one account in the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

No. A natural person can only register one account in the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System.

4. Can a user without an ID card register and use the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

This is not supported at present.

5. How long is the SMS verification code valid for individual user registration and resetting of login password?

The SMS verification code sent by the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System is valid for five minutes. A verification code will be invalid immediately if a new verification code is sent.

6. What should the individual user do if they cannot receive the verification code when registering for an account in the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Please confirm whether the mobile phone number entered is correct. If yes, please check whether the mobile phone is set to block SMS. If you still cannot receive the verification code after checking the above, please contact IB’s customer service hotline at 95561 from 9:30 to 18:30.

7. Can the individual user who has registered for the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System account log in to the IB Comprehensive Wealth Management Service APP with the account and password of the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

No, the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System and the IB Comprehensive Wealth Management Service APP are two separate systems.

8. How can an individual complete the registration and log in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Individuals can register for an individual account via the computer client. The computer client refers to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System’s official website https://xydf.cib.com.cn/dfst/login.do

The steps are as follows:

Step 1: Individual Account Registration

Login to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System via the official website https://xydf.cib.com.cn/dfst/login.do and enter the homepage;

Enter the mobile phone number to receive the verification code, enter the verification code, and click “Log in”;

Step 2: Non-first-time login

Log in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System via the official website https://xydf.cib.com.cn/dfst/login.do; Click “Log in”;

You can choose to log in using the password or SMS verification code;

It also supports login by scanning the QR code via the Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP.

9. How does the individual user complete real-name authentication?

To perform identity authentication, users who use ID card are required to download and log in to the Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP, and link the individual debit card to the APP. It supports debit cards of IB and other banks.

Step 1: Individual users log in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System

via the website https://xydf.cib.com.cn/dfst/login.do, and enter the [Avatar-Individual Account] page.

The prompt message “Not Authenticated” is displayed on the right side of the real name. Click [Go to Authentication];

Step 2: Enter individual real-name information and scan the QR code for face verification.

Select [Certificate Type], enter real name and ID number, and click [Next];

Scan the QR code on the screen using the Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP for face authentication;

After face authentication is completed, the system will show the real-name authentication result, indicating the completion of the real-name authentication.

10. How to deal with the prompt message “Authentication fails. User information does not match. Please modify and scan the QR code again for authentication” during real-name authentication?

For real-name authentication on the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System, the user is required to fill out the real name and valid ID number. If the prompt message “User information does not match” is displayed, please check whether the name and ID number you entered are correct. If you confirm that the information entered is correct or the system shows a prompt message of other errors, please contact IB’s customer service at 95561 from 9:30 to 18:30.

11. Are employees required to undergo real-name authentication to join the enterprise?

Yes.

12. If the original mobile phone number has been cancelled, how to bind the new mobile phone number to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System account?

Use the original mobile phone number and login password to log in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System, enter the [Individual Account - Security Settings] page to change the mobile phone number. No SMS verification code will be sent to the original mobile phone number in this process.

The steps are as follows:

Step 1: Use the Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP to scan the QR code and undergo face recognition;

Step 2: Enter the new mobile phone number and then enter the SMS verification code sent to the new mobile phone number;

Step 3: Click “OK” to complete the change of mobile phone number.

13. Real-name authentication is required for the change of the administrator. Is an IB card required?

The Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP supports the use of non-IB cards for real-name authentication.

14. How to complete real-name authentication?

The steps are as follows:

(1) The user logs in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System, enters the [Individual Account - Basic Information] page, and clicks [Go to Authentication] for real-name authentication;

(2) Fill out the real name and ID number, and click [Next];

(3) Use the Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP to scan the QR code on the screen and undergo face recognition authentication on the APP.

15. Is face recognition required for resetting user password on the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Yes. For the sake of account security, please use the Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP to scan the QR code to complete face recognition. The user password can only be reset after passing authentication.

16. How can individual users modify identity information?

Before real-name authentication:

(1) Visit the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System’s website https://xydf.cib.com.cn/dfst/login.do to log in to the individual account;

(2) Enter the [Name Icon in the Upper Right Corner - Individual Account - Modify Personal Information] page, fill out the correct name and ID card information, and click [Save];

(3) Open the Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP to complete real-name authentication.

17. How can individual users change their login password?

After the individual user logs in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System:

(1) Enter the [Name Icon in the Upper Right Corner - Individual Account - Modify Personal Information] page;

(2) Click [Modify] under “Login Password” in “Security Settings” to change the login password via the SMS verification code.

18. What should be done when an individual user logs in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System but it shows the ID number and name of another person?

Please contact your Account Manager for processing or go to an IB outlet and submit an application to correct the information.

19. How to modify personal information?

Step 1: Log in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System

Enter the [Name Icon in the Upper Right Corner - Individual Account] page. Authenticated users can modify information such as Email address, avatar, login password, login mobile phone number, etc.

Step 2: Modify personal information

Click [Edit Personal Information] to modify basic personal information.

If you need to change the login password, you need to undergo authentication via the SMS verification code and enter the original password.

If you need to reset the password because you forgot it, you need to undergo verification via an SMS verification code and then enter a new password, without the need to enter the original password.

To change the login mobile phone number, you need to undergo face authentication by scanning the QR code on the Industrial Bank Mobile Banking APP, and entering the verification code sent to the new mobile phone number.

20. How do individual users set the default enterprise?

The enterprise administrator is required to enter the [Avatar-My Enterprise] page;

Click [···-Set as Default Enterprise] on the non-default enterprise;

After the setting is successful, the enterprise that has been set as the default enterprise will be displayed when the individual user logs in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System. The default enterprise can be manually changed by users at their choice.

21. How can individual users cancel their accounts?

Cancellation is not supported for the time being.
