1. Can a single user join multiple enterprises in the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of enterprises individual users can join.

2. Can self-employed individuals use the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Yes. Just select “Other Document Type” for the enterprise type.

3. How to complete enterprise authentication?

(1) Enterprise creation: Click the avatar in the upper right corner on the homepage of the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System, enter [My Enterprise - Create Enterprise - Enterprise Type] page, fill out the information and upload the authentication materials;

(2) Enterprise authentication: Click the avatar in the upper right corner on the homepage of the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System, enter [My Enterprise - Apply for Enterprise Authentication] page, fill out the information and upload the authentication materials;

(3) Select the appropriate enterprise type based on the business nature, such as corporate enterprise, self-employed individuals, individuals, and other organizations.

4. Can a single user create and authenticate multiple enterprises in the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Yes. The IB Business Express Payroll Payment System allows an individual to manage multiple enterprises. Go to [My Enterprise - Create Enterprise - Apply for Enterprise Authentication] page to create and authenticate multiple enterprises.

5. For enterprises, how to register an account in the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Step 1: Access the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System's official website using Google Chrome, QQ Browser, or 360 Browser.

Step 2: Enter the system using the SMS verification code, and use the account to log in after registration;

Step 3: Users navigate to the [Individual Account - Basic Information] page to complete real-name authentication;

Step 4: Users navigate to the [Enterprise Center - Create Enterprise] page, fill out the relevant information according to the prompts and upload the relevant materials.

6. How to add and authenticate an enterprise?

The user enters the [My Enterprise - Create Enterprise] page, clicks [My Enterprise] to select the enterprise after the enterprise is created, clicks [Apply for Enterprise Authentication], fills out the relevant information according to the prompts and uploads the relevant information.

7. How to change the super administrator?

There are two methods:

Method 1: The original administrator enters the [My Enterprise - Change Administrator] page to submit an application for administrator change without the need to submit any materials;

Method 2: If the enterprise has only one administrator, and they are unable to submit the application on their own (e.g., due to resignation, loss of contact, or change of phone number), contact your account manager for assistance in completing the administrator change.

8. Once the enterprise authentication is approved, will the administrator receive an SMS notification?

Yes. An SMS message showing “Authentication Approved” or “Reason for Rejection” will be sent.

9. How to check the status of enterprise authentication?

The user navigates to the [Upper right corner under the Individual Name - My Enterprise - Enterprise Name] page. The authentication status of the enterprise is displayed in the “Enterprise Status” field.

10. After the enterprise changes the administrator, will both new and original enterprise administrators receive SMS alerts?

Neither new nor original administrators will receive SMS alerts after the administrator is changed.

11. Can the administrator of the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System and the administrator of Corporate Online Banking be different people?

Yes. The administrator of the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System is typically the initial user who establishes the enterprise. By default, they possess all functional and data permissions and can set permissions for regular users. The administrator of the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System and the administrator of the Corporate Online Banking being different people would not affect the usage of the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System.

12. Can an enterprise set up multiple administrators?

There can be only one super administrator for one enterprise, but an unlimited number of users can be set as business administrators.

13. How to download the certificate of authorization (power of attorney) of the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

After registering and logging in to the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System, navigate to the [My Enterprise - Apply for Enterprise Authentication - Identity Verification - Enterprise Agent] page, and click [Power of Attorney Template] to download the latest version of the certificate of authorization.

15. What to do when there is a prompt message showing “identification information is wrong” after the enterprise uploads the business license?

If the system automatically identifies errors in enterprise information, it is recommended to attempt re-uploading.

16. What are the conditions for completing enterprise authentication on the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

All enterprises are welcome to register and use the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System.

Enterprises possessing business licenses are required to provide the 18-digit unified social credit code, business license, and certificate of the legal representative. Organizations that do not have a business license can choose other certificate types for authentication. If the individual applying for registration is not a legal person and it is handled by an agent, it is required to provide the agent’s certificate and power of attorney (a template for the power of attorney can be found on the registration page).

17. If the validity period of the ID card is long-term, how do users input the validity period of the ID card?

If the user’s ID card is valid for the long term, they should input the validity period as December 31, 2099 in the system.

18. How to choose the enterprise type for sole proprietorship?

Select “Corporate Enterprise” for the enterprise type when applying for enterprise authentication.

19. Why does the system show the prompt message “authentication in progress” when applying for enterprise authentication?

This prompt message indicates that enterprise authentication is undergoing processing.

If the uploaded materials are accurate and correct, our staff will finalize the review within three working days. If the application isn't approved, the specific reason will be communicated.

20. How to complete enterprise authentication when the enterprise’s legal representative does not use an ID card?

When the enterprise’s legal representative doesn't use an ID card, select the appropriate type of certificates for the legal representative’s certificate.

If the legal representative hails from either Hong Kong or Macao in China, they must provide either a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents or Hong Kong and Macao Resident Residence Permit;

For those from Taiwan, they should provide either the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Taiwan Resident Residence Permit;

Foreign nationals need to furnish their passport, a foreigner's permanent residence ID card, or a foreigner's work permit (all categories: A, B, or C are acceptable).

21. Can the enterprise upload a photo of the original of the original business license when applying for enterprise authentication?

To prevent risks such as theft of the photo of the original business license, it's mandatory to provide a copy or scanned copy of the business license bearing the official seal of the enterprise when applying for enterprise authentication (the official seal should not cover the enterprise name to avoid mistakes in identifying the enterprise name). Enterprise authentication will not be completed if the photo of the original of the business license does not bear the official seal.

22. If the enterprise hasn't undergone the three-in-one certificate process and lacks an 18-digit unified social code, how should the authentication be completed?

Please go to the Bureau of Industry and Commerce to apply for three-in-one certificate and obtain a new business license in a timely manner. Then upload the 18-digit social credit code to complete the authentication.

23. Can a private non-enterprise entity register for an account with the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Yes. Select “Other Certificate Type” in “Certificate Type” when applying for enterprise authentication.

24. How to complete enterprise authentication if a self-employed individual does not have an official seal?

After registering for an account in the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System, self-employed individuals are required to upload a scanned copy or copy of the business license with the official seal when applying for enterprise authentication. If there is no official seal, it should be stamped with the personal seal of the legal representative. Tips: It is recommended that self-employed individuals should go to the Administration for Industry and Commerce to obtain the office seal in a timely manner, and stamp the scanned copy or copy of the business license with the official seal.

25. How to cancel the enterprise account at the IB Business Express Payroll Payment System?

Step 1: Log in

Navigate to the [Avatar in the upper right corner - My Enterprise - Enterprise Status] page;

Step 2: Cancellation

If the status of the enterprise is “Not Authenticated” or “Authentication Failed”, click “···” to the right of the enterprise name to delete the enterprise;

If the status of the enterprise is “Authenticated”, please contact your account manager for assistance in applying for cancellation;

If the status of the enterprise is “Authentication is in Process for Addition/Change”, cancellation is not supported, please wait for the approval or rejection before performing the above operations.
