Five Steps to Get Started

Step 1. Real-name Verification:

Before users with an ID card can proceed with personal identity verification, they need to download and register on the IB Mobile Banking App and link the card to the bank account.

On the System's main page, click on the [User Menu] at the top right corner, then select [Personal Account]. Navigate to the personal user management page and, under security settings, click on [Verification].

Confirm the name, select "Document Type", and enter the "Document Number". Once filled out, click on [Next].

Use the IB Mobile Banking App (or WeChat) to scan the QR code displayed on the screen. Follow the prompts on the IB Mobile Banking App to complete the facial recognition verification.

If using WeChat, this will be done by uploading a photo for verification.

Once facial verification is successful, the System will notify you of the result: Real-name verification completed.

Note: Users without an ID card are currently not supported for real-name verification.

Step 2. Create and Verify Your Enterprise Information

On the System dashboard, click on the [User Menu] at the upper right corner, then select [Create Enterprise] or directly follow the dashboard's prompt and click [Create Enterprise] to access the enterprise creation page. Input the "Enterprise Name" and "Region", then click [Create].

Upon successful creation, have your enterprise's business license and enterprise legal person documents at hand for verification. Click on [Apply for Enterprise Verification], upload the business license, and the System will automatically scan and recognize the information on the license (any other required enterprise details must be manually input). Next, upload the legal person's documentation. Once uploaded, click [Submit], and the enterprise status will switch to "Under Verification".

Upon approval, the enterprise status will update to "Verified". After successful enterprise verification, the account that initiated the enterprise creation will automatically become the enterprise's super administrator.

Step 3. Initial Setup Enterprise Information

Navigate to the [Basic Configuration - Organizational Structure] menu, and click [Add New Organization]. Input the "Organization Name", "Organization Type", and "Parent Organization", starting from the topmost enterprise entity and creating downwards.

After sequentially setting up the new organizational information, click [Save] to view it in the left-side organizational structure list. Continue in this fashion, layer by layer. Once all organizational nodes are established, a complete enterprise "Structure Diagram" is generated. The System also offers the functionality of the bulk import of organizational structures.

Click on [Download Template] and input your enterprise's structural details into the template. Once completed, click on [Select File to Import] to upload the organizational structure data.

Navigate to [Admin Console - Organizational Structure]. Click on [Add Employee] and choose the [Invitation Method] to send out invitations to invite employees to join the enterprise.

The options include inviting via "Mobile Number", "Link", or "QR Code".

Once invited, employees will receive a notification upon logging into the System, allowing them to either "Decline" or "Accept" the invitation.

For the "Mobile Number" method, once the employee agrees, the invitation is deemed successful without the need for further confirmation by the enterprise administrator.

However, with the "Link" and "QR Code" methods, post the employee's acceptance, the enterprise administrator needs to reconfirm the employee's application in the [Admin Console - Organizational Structure].

Step 4. Finalize Access Rights Configuration

Once employees have successfully joined the enterprise, the enterprise administrator can assign specific functional and data access rights via [Admin Console - Access Management - User Authorization].

Rapid authorization can be achieved through "Role Association". New roles can be added on the [Admin Console - Access Management - Role Management] page, with corresponding rights assigned to them. Thereafter, the bulk assignment of employees’ roles can be achieved.

Step 5. Link Corporate Account

Present relevant documents (such as business license, enterprise legal person ID, agent ID, company authorization letter, etc.) to your IB corporate account opening branch to facilitate the linking of your corporate account with the salary disbursement service ecosystem.

Upon successful account linkage, all features of the salary disbursement service ecosystem will be activated, allowing you to benefit from IB's one-stop salary disbursement services.
