The Industrial Bank (IB) comprehensively promotes the development of talent training in seven key fields through the following plans or programs: the Ten Thousand-Talents Plan for Scientific and Technological Talents, the Thousand-Talents Plan for Leading the Medium and Back-end Development, the Thousand-Talents Plan for Industrial Experts, the Strategic Talent Doubling Plan, the Comprehensive Management Talents Training Plan, the International Talents Cultivation Program, the Professional Skills Upgrading Program for “Artisan talents” and other seven focus areas of talent building.
