Application Procedures

1. “Smart Messenger” Service

Corporate customers are required to fill in and stamp the Application Form for Value-added Service of Text Messages of the Industrial Bank and the Agreement of the Industrial Bank on Value-added Service of Text Messages. The customer shall submit the relevant materials for review by the bank. If accepted, the customer will receive a confirmation for business processing and copies of the application form and the agreement for reference.

The administrator should login to the Corporate Online Banking, select My Corporate Banking ->Smart SMS Services -> Service Settings -> Smart Messenger, and the supervisor of Corporate Online Banking should then offer authorization.

2. Text Message Services of Corporate Online Banking

The administrator should login to Corporate Online Banking, select My Corporate Banking -> Smart SMS Services -> Service Settings -> Smart Secretary and then validate with the authorization of the supervisor of Corporate Online Banking.

3. Text Message Services for EASYTrade

The superintendent or administrator should login to Corporate Online Banking, select Homepage of IB’s EASYTrade -> System Parameter Maintenance -> Subscription of Text Message,text message can be subscribed to per transaction, with a maximum of two mobile phone numbers per transaction.
