If the money has been deducted from your payment account but the merchant does not receive the payment yet, it is possible that the merchant has not settled the transaction with the payment service provider on a real-time basis. You may log on to the personal internet banking system and choose “Online Payment”→“Enquiry about Online Payment Details” to check whether the corresponding payment record exists in the details. All records displayed in the results of enquiry about online payment details are those with successful payments.
