Mobile Wallet (China Unicom))

Introduction

Industrial Bank (IB) and China Unicom launch the service of IB mobile wallet in collaboration. By way of issuing a card over the air, the service loads IB mobile debit card or the principal account and electronic cash account of IB China low-carbon credit card onto the SIM card of China Unicom. In this way, not only can fast consumption be done with the POS machine of UnionPay with the mark of "Quick Pass", but also non-contact online high-value transactions can be made.

The function of mobile wallet

☆ Mobile phone swiping "consumption" ☆

A client can make consumption by swiping mobile phone at a merchant with the POS machine with the mark of "Quick Pass" of UnionPay, and it is easy and convenient.

☆ Electronic cash top-up ☆

The client may transfer the current balance of the principal account in his or her debit cards into the electronic cash account via mobile wallet of IB mobile banking, or transfer the available amount in his or her IB China low-carbon credit card into the electronic cash account. The top-up of electronic cash account with a credit card is regarded as a transaction of credit card consumption. The limit for the balance of electronic account cash is up to RMB 1,000.

☆ Inquiry of transaction details ☆

The client may inquire the detailed information on the latest 10 transactions of the electronic cash account via the mobile wallet of IB mobile banking.

The function of bank card management

If the client wants to handle a range of bank card services such as transfer, credit card repayment, and investment and wealth management, he or she may log on IB mobile banking and manage the bank cards loaded onto the SIM card of China Unicom regarding relevant services.

Operation Guide

The client must hold a mobile phone of China Unicom with NFC function and a USIM card of China Unicom.

The supported mobile phones include: Samsung Galaxy S5 (G9006V), Galaxy S3 (I9300), Galaxy S4 (I9500), Galaxy S4 (I9502), Galaxy Note 2 (N7100), and Galaxy Note 2 (N7102), Sony M35h, L35h and L36h, MI 2A, HTC One (802W), and TCL S830U. Please buy or change the USIM card of China Unicom at the business outlet of China Unicom.

I. For a client with IB debit card to apply for the mobile debit card

The client may log on the mobile wallet of IB mobile banking, choose IB mobile debit card, check personal information after entering the application page, and key in the number of current IB debit card and withdrawal password to submit the application. After successful application, the client may enter the card slot of China Unicom mobile wallet, and click to select and download the card. After downloading, the client can use it.

Note: The personal information of the client on the mobile phone should be consistent with that on his or her current debit card, for which the function of SMS Guard must be activated and the mobile phone number must be that used for the application.

II. For a client with non-IB debit card to apply for the mobile debit card

1. A new client may fill in the application form to apply for a mobile debit card with an outlet of the Bank. Notices on filling in the application form:

(1) Please tick the application of a new card, select "other" with regard to card type, and write 'mobile debit card'.

(2) Select activation at the column for the function of electronic cash card.

(3) The function of SMS Guard must be activated and the mobile phone number used for activation must be confirmed to be the one for receiving the card.

2. The client logs on the mobile wallet of IB mobile banking and downloads the mobile debit card to the card slot of China Unicom mobile wallet according to operation prompts.

III. For a client with IB credit card to apply for IB China low-carbon credit card

The client may log on the mobile wallet of IB mobile banking, choose IB China low-card credit card, check personal information after entering the application page, and key in the number of current IB credit card and trading password to submit the application. After the card is issued, the client will receive a SMS reminding him or her to pick up the card. The client may log on the log on the mobile wallet of IB mobile banking, and click to select and download the card. After downloading, the client can activate the card, set the trading password and use it.

Note: clients holding cards must set the trading password.

IV. For a client with non-IB credit card to apply for IB China low-carbon credit card

1. A new client may fill in the application form to apply for an IB China low-carbon credit card with an outlet of the Bank. Notices on filling in the application form:

(1) Fill in the general application form and select IB China low-carbon RMB IC credit card (NFC windmill version for short).

(2) The mobile phone number filled in the application form must be the one for receiving the card.

(3) Only the 18-bit ID card can be used in the application.

2. Please wait for the SMS notice on the card issuance. After the card is issued, the client will receive a SMS reminding him or her to pick up the card. The client may log on the log on the mobile wallet of IB mobile banking, and click to select and download the card. After downloading, the client can activate the card, set the trading password and use it.

V. Electronic cash account loading

The client may make mobile phone top-up with his or her IB China low-carbon credit card or mobile debit card via the mobile wallet of IB mobile banking.

Slide the credit card face to turn the credit card upside down, and check the CVV2 of the card.

VI. Mobile phone swiping "consumption"

After finishing the top-up, the client can make "consumption at merchants supporting "Quick Pass" transactions of UnionPay by swiping his or her mobile phone and it is easy and convenient.

VII. Inquiry of transaction details of electronic cash account

The client can log on the mobile wallet of IB mobile banking to inquire the details of his or her mobile debit card and mobile credit card, and the types of transactions can be inquired including details on top-up (loading) and card management.
