Loss insurance for personal deposits

If clients of Enjoyable Life suffer economic loss from their bank accounts due to theft, intimidation, robbery, data duplication or fraud, IB may provide compensation up to 50,000 Yuan according to their actual loss.  

Subject of Insurance

If clients of Enjoyable Life suffer economic loss from their saving account at IB and cannot recover it after 60 days from the registration by local bureau of public security, insurance company will compensate according to the following agreement:

1. As clients' bank card, passbook, certificate of deposit and other personal saving account media ("personal saving account media") were lost or stolen, funds in such account has been illegally employed within the agreed period of loss report or frozen account.

2. As client or its family members were forced to disclose password and relevant information under abduction or robbery, funds in such account has been illegally employed within the period of abduction or robbery.

3. As client's personal saving account media were duplicated, funds in such account has been illegally employed by others.

4. As client's personal saving were cheated, funds in such account has been illegally employed by others.

Compensation

1. For economic loss due to the first and second scenarios above, the compensation may be up to 50,000 Yuan (inclusive) per person.

2. For economic loss due to the third and fourth scenarios above, the compensation may be up to 20,000 Yuan (inclusive) per person.

Case 1

Ms. Wang lost her bank card from which 50,000 Yuan was illegally withdrawn before the loss report. After calling the police and verifying the fact of illegal withdrawal, Ms. Wang received compensation of 20,000 Yuan from Enjoyable Life insurance. Ms. Wang said gladly that with considerate service of Enjoyable Life, the safety of funds can be assured.
