VIP guests should arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours prior to the flight’s departure time. Moreover, their use of the VIP lounge should not exceed 3 hours per visit.

Name of Airport: Pudong International Airport
VIP lounge at Terminal 1: Walk to the rendezvous room of VIP service at Gate No.8, and you will be guided to VIP lounge by commissioned personnel.
VIP lounge at Terminal 2: Walk to the rendezvous room of VIP service at Gate No.25, and you will be guided to VIP lounge by commissioned personnel.

VIP lounge at Terminal 1: After arrival, you may go to B2 VIP lounge at the Departure Gate No.8 of Terminal 1 (opposite to Lawson store).
VIP lounge at Terminal 2: After arrival, please go to the VIP club in the middle of ticketing island B and C at departure and ticketing hall in Terminal 2, and you will be guided to VIP lounge by commissioned personnel.

Location: The VIP lounge locates at District B of Departure Area. In the case of driving on your own, please drive on the special VIP lane at the rightmost after exiting the highway, and pull over at Gate No.7 of District B. If you arrive at the airport by subway, please walk out of Gate No.7 from Departure Area fowling the instructions and walk into the VIP lounge.
Service procedure: VIP service at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport shall be appointed in advance. Before travel, please call 95561 and press "8" for staff service 3 hours before the take-off of flights, and inform the name of passengers, date of travel, telephone number, flight number and VIP number, and we will arrange VIP service for you accordingly.

Location of VIP Lounge: right to the main building of the airport. After arrival at the airport, please drive along the right lane to the VIP lounge on first floor according to indicators at intersections. You may enter into the VIP Lounge of our bank and check in under guidance of information desk staff.
Service procedure: VIP service at Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport shall be appointed in advance. Before travel, please call 95561 to make an appointment 3 hours before the take-off of your flight, and inform the name of passengers, date of travel, telephone number, flight number, license plate number and number of cars and VIP number, and we will arrange VIP service for you accordingly.

Name of Airport: Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport
Location of VIP lounge: at Section B of VIP Area on the first floor of the Departure Hall. After arrival at Gate No.1 or No.2 on the second floor, please go down to the first floor and you will find designated VIP lounge.

Please drive along the airport avenue according to the road signs, you will enter into the domestic VIP reception area after passing two checkpoints. Commissioned personnel will offer hospitality services such as reception, guidance and luggage check-in. After arrival at VIP lounge, you can also enjoy services such as separate security check channel and VIP shuttle bus. Please call 95561 or 24906888 (24906889) to make an appointment 4 hours before boarding, otherwise such service will not be provided.
◆ Wuhan
Name of Airport: Wuhan Tianhe Airport
Location of VIP lounge: No.2 VIP room at T2. Please inquire at the information desk on the second floor if you have trouble to find it. Commissioned personnel will be responsible for your check-in formalities, including security check, in VIP lounge.
Kind Notes: VIP service at Wuhan Tianhe Airport shall be appointed in advance. Locations in Terminal 1: The VIP Service Center of Terminal Building 1 has two VIP lounges in Sections A and C, respectively. The one in Section A is at the rightmost end (facing Terminal 1, same below), and the one in Section C is at the leftmost end.

Location 1 in Terminal 2: Section F, VIP Service Center of Terminal Building 2, on the left (facing Terminal 2.)

To get to this VIP lounge, vehicles arriving from the Airport Expressway should:
Keep going straight along the direction sign “Terminal Parking Lot” after passing toll stations T1/T2A.
After passing the tunnel, change into the service lane as guided by the “VIP Section” direction sign.
Pass through [VIP Section 1] and reach the parking lot of [VIP Section 2].
Opening Hours: The starting time of domestic flight departure to the end of domestic flight departure for the day.
Location 2 in Terminal 2: The post-security screening lounge is diagonally opposite Boarding Gates 213–214, Terminal 2.

Service Processes
An advance reservation (6 hours minimum, 72 hours maximum) is required for VIP services at the Chengdu Airport. To arrange your VIP lounge and airport drop-off services, please contact IB’s National Customer Service Hotline at 95561 and dial 8 for manual service. Provide your name, card number, flight date, flight number, and departure time, phone number, number of companions, plate number of the drop-off vehicle, and number of drop-off vehicles.
The reservation period for VIP guests is from 07:00 to 22:00 every day. In addition, the use of the VIP lounge should not exceed 2 hours per visit.
◆ Qingdao

If you choose “VIP Services,” please note the following:
Reservations are required for VIP services. Please dial 95561 for reservations 24 hours in advance. The flight date, flight number, and passenger’s name and ID number are required for the reservation. Reservations will be closed 2 hours prior to the flight departure time.
Since the VIP Section is independent of the terminal building of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, the airport is not able to provide services including packaging, payment for excess baggage charges, issuance of temporary ID certification, and printing of electronic tickets.
If you choose “Guest Services for Domestic Departures,” please note that:
Given the vast area of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, passengers of Boarding Gates 1–35 are advised to complete security screening 15–20 minutes prior to the boarding time, and 20–25 minutes for passengers of Boarding Gates 42–75, to avoid missing the flight.
◆ Shenyang
Name of Airport: Shenyang Taoxian International Airport
Location of VIP lounge: Before security check: after arrival at Terminal 3, you can walk into the VIP 18 lounge, an IB sponsored lounge at the first floor of T3, from the third row to the left of VIP entrance. After security check: the first-class VIP lounge locates at domestic isolation area (upstairs opposite to the Gate 22, beside Zunpeng Pavilion of Shenzhen Airlines) on the third floor.

After successful verification of identity, you will be guided to the VIP lounge and assisted with check-in by service staff.No appointment required for VIP clients.

Location of VIP lounge:
Business VIP area at the arrival hall on the first floor: after arrival at the airport, walk to the west on the first floor and enter into VIP room under the guidance of service staff. After staff assist you to finish check-in, you can take a rest in the business VIP area in the south, and commissioned personnel will show you the boarding gate at second floor through security check.
No.1 VIP lounge in isolation area of second floor: Conduct check-in at the arrival hall on the second floor, pass through general security check passage and enter into VIP lounge in isolation area 200m to the east

If you already arrive at the second floor of T2, you can handle relevant formalities at the VIP reception desk on the second floor (beside the lift), and go to VIP lounge of our bank under the guidance of commissioned personnel.

2. If there is no hall or room available when clients make an appointment, the airport will make no arrangement, but clients may still use the VIP lounge in the terminal.
3. If clients intend to cancel or change VIP lounge services after appointment, they should inform the airport at least 2 hours before expected time of reception. Otherwise, it will be deemed as normal use and deducted times and credits accordingly.
4. Clients shall use the service according to relevant rules of services. Service times and credits will be deducted for any companies in the same way as cardholders, and outnumbered companies will be charged at 600 yuan per time as stipulated by Ningbo Lishe Airport.
5. VIP clients may carry one child under 12 years who will be exempted from deduction of service times and credits. Outnumbered children under 12 years will be charged at 600 yuan per time as stipulated by Ningbo Lishe Airport.

Name of Airport: Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport
Location of VIP lounge:
VIP lounge locates at the isolation area on the second floor of the terminal. After arrival at the departure hall, please acquire your boarding card and handle luggage check-in by yourself, and inform your VIP client status of Industrial Bank to service staff at general service desk. After passing VIP security check channel under the guidance by service staff, you shall turn left to the VIP lounge of IB and verify your identity before taking the rest in VIP lounge. No appointment required for VIP clients.
◆ Kunming
Name of Airport: Kunming Changshui International Airport
Location of VIP lounge: at the west wing on the domestic arrival floor (facing to the terminal (outside the terminal building), walk left on the first floor of domestic arrival hall, you will arrive at Best VIP lounge when the sign of CIP appears)

1. Please make an appointment 4 hours before the departure time of your flight. You shall arrive at the airport 90 minutes in advance, or 100 minutes in case of luggage check-in. After successful verification of your identity, you will be assisted by staff in services such as check-in, luggage check-in, passing domestic VIP security check channel, flights inquiry, boarding notice, boarding guidance, VIP shuttle bus and VIP boarding.

Name of Airport: Changchun Longjia International Airport
Location of VIP lounge: it is a public lounge (not an exclusive sponsored lounge) on the third floor of Longjia airport. There are two entrances at upstairs and downstairs to the VIP lounge. After successful verification of your identity, you can enter the VIP lounge from the first floor or third floor respectively. Location at first floor: From VIP parking lot, you can arrive at the entrance of the lounge by following the signs. Location at third floor: beside the cafeteria.
Service procedure: VIP service at Changchun Longjia Airport shall be appointed in advance. VIP service shall be appointed 4.5 hours before the departure of your flight. Please call 95561 and inform your name, card number, date of travel, flight number and departure time, telephone number, number of passengers and the plate number and number of cars, and we will arrange VIP service for you accordingly.

Location of Airport’s VIP Hall: VIP Hall 1126, Business VIP Building No. 1, Shenzhen Bao’an Airport
Service Process: There’s no need for a reservation. You can go directly to the VIP Hall and make the verification by your VIP card, then wait there and enjoy VIP service.
Friendly Reminder：
(1) In case of checking luggage, a VIP guest should arrive at the VIP Hall 70 minutes before departure of flight. If any oversized luggage or fragile baggage is included, he or she should arrive at the VIP Hall 90 minutes before departure of flight;
(2) In case of no checked luggage, a VIP guest should arrive at the VIP Hall 60 minutes before departure of flight;

To get to the parking lot of the VIP Lounge for Domestic Departures, Terminal 2, the vehicle should:
Go straight after passing the expressway toll station.
Keep going straight after passing two traffic lights.
Drive on the right (not going up the overpass) at the junction of the directions of the Terminal 2 overpass and the VIP Lounge for Domestic Departures (a direction sign can be seen).
Enter the exclusive lane for the VIP Section Parking Lot, keep going straight, and arrive at the VIP Lounge Parking Lot.

Service Processes
1. Reservations are required for VIP services at Harbin Taiping International Airport. To arrange the VIP lounge and airport drop-off services, the client should make the reservation 4 hours prior to the flight departure time. Contact the Airport Service Hotline at 0451—82895316 to provide the airport with the passenger’s name, debit card number, birth date, flight number, departure time, phone number, plate number of the drop-off vehicle, number of drop-off vehicles, and whether there is registered luggage. The client is entitled to wait for the flight, take a rest, and enjoy the VIP services at the VIP lounge after completing authentication by card swiping or QR code scanning.

Service Processes
Reservations for VIP services at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport should be made 3 hours in advance. To arrange your VIP service in cooperation with the airport, please contact IB’s National Customer Service Hotline at 95561 and dial 8 or 400-100-6333 for manual service. Provide your name, card number, flight date, flight number, phone number, and plate number of the drop-off vehicle (if any). Clients should arrive at least 1.5 hours prior to the flight departure time. The airport will not provide such service without a 3-hour reservation.
Number of companions available for each level: 2 persons per time for diamond and black gold level clients. 1 person per time for platinum clients. Clients below the gold level are not allowed to bring companions with them. The deduction of points for companions follows the same standard (100 points per person per time) applied to the clients themselves.
