(V) Funds Security Protection with Business Express POS
1. Please pay attention to the following matters when you use POS in order to ensure the security of your funds:
(1) The card number on the purchase slip should be identical to the one on the card;
(2) The signature on the purchase slip should be identical to the one on the back of card;
(3) All purchase slips should be kept properly for two years;
(4) Don't divide a transaction amount into several parts to swipe.
2. Don't conduct the following behaviors when you use POS in order to ensure the security of your funds:
(1) Cash out for customers without real sale s activities;
(2) Steal or assist to steal bank card information;
(3) Lend or transfer POS to others for use.
