After entering into a self-service credit-line agreement with the Bank, clients may apply for and replay loans via the online banking or telephone banking. Self-service loans are characterized by self-service borrowing and repayment, worry free operation and interest savings. The maximum credit term is one year, whereas credit-lines are offered up to RMB 1 million.

Clients can obtain self-service loans via the Industrial Bank's online banking and telephone banking services. Funds will go into your account instantly, and there is no need for you to submit a written application or enter into a loan contract for each loan you apply for. Once clients have spare funds, they can make repayments on their self-service loans via the Industrial Bank's online banking and telephone banking services. Clients can choose to pay off all or part of the principal in advance. The earlier you repay, the more you save. This service allows you to make the maximum savings on interest repayments!
3. Reusable Credit Line
The Self-service credit line may be used or repaid at any time. After a loan is taken out, the self-service credit line available will decrease; after the loan has been repaid, the available credit line will revert to the original limit. Loans DIY 2: Telephone banking Operation
All you have to do is dial the customer service hotline on 95561, press 2 for personal banking services followed by 7 for loans services following the prompts and enter your card number and passwords for verification, following which, you can obtain and repay loans in the prescribed credit line with ease in the "4 Personal Self-service Revolving Loan" section.
