Collective assets custody for securities companies

Introduction of Business

It refers to the business that upon entrustment of investors and subject to laws, regulations and capital safekeeping agreement signed by investors, custody bank and fund companies, bank conducts property safekeeping, accounting, assets valuation, supervision of investment and disclosure of information and collects handling charge of custody. Particular quota wealth management business for securities companies (also known as small collective) shall be handled with reference to collective assets business.
