Introduction of Functions

It is a loan that securities companies, which have been permitted to conduct self-operated securities business by CSRC, pledge its stock, securities investment funds and convertible bonds of listed companies to IB at agreed pledge rate and acquire credit funds from IB. The term may reach one year at most.

Features

As a bank which has been permitted to conduct stock pledged loan in 2000, opened special seat of stock pledge in Shanghai Exchange and Shenzhen Exchange, and set up special funds settlement account in Shanghai branch and Shenzhen branch of CSDC, IB can provide securities companies with quality, efficient, safe and convenient service on stock pledged loan, meeting their needs in financing and self-operated stocks trading.
